- Your biggest patient acquisition challenge (if you choose to share it)
- Your preferred call time slot
We do not collect payment information, medical records, or any sensitive personal data. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes or install any tracking software on your device.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Contact you to schedule your free strategy call
- Understand your clinic's current situation so the call is useful to you
- Send you relevant information about SmileFlow's services if you have expressed interest
We do not sell your information to any third party. We do not share your information with any external marketing platforms, data brokers, or advertising networks. Your information is used only to communicate with you about SmileFlow.
How we store and protect your data
When you submit the form on our website, your details are sent directly to our WhatsApp business account. We store your contact details in a private, password-protected system accessible only to the SmileFlow team. We do not use third-party CRM platforms or cloud databases accessible to external parties.
We retain your contact information for as long as you are a client or prospective client of SmileFlow. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from all our systems within 7 working days.
WhatsApp communications
When you submit our enquiry form, your details are sent to our team via WhatsApp. By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted on WhatsApp at the number you provide. You can opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send.
